One of the most important services we perform is 'anomaly detection.' To protect the network from being overloaded we manage and maintain the volume of traffic, holding back any messages that are above our customers limit.
We provide over 9,000 standard and custom reports to help our customers understand how the smart meters connected to our network are performing.
