DCC has undertaken an initial assessment of the regulatory changes that will be required for the new 4G CH service and, on 10 February 2023 issued a consultation seeking stakeholders’ views on its proposal for the scope.
The consultation closed on Wednesday 15 March 2023. DCC has analysed the feedback and views of stakeholders and provided a DCC response where appropriate.
DCC has provided the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) with this conclusions report and will continue to work on the development of enduring and transitional changes to regulation required to support the programme.
