FSM consultation on updates to the go-live arrangements

A DCC consultation on changes to the requirements for the migration of historical data for the Future Service Management (FSM) Programme.

DCC is proposing changes to the transitional arrangements for the FSM Programme to deliver its proposed revised approach to the migration of historical DCC Service Management System (DSMS) data.

This consultation is also seeking views on the re-designation date of SEC Appendix AU ‘Network Evolution Transition and Migration Approach Document’ to incorporate the above provisions.

This consultation closes at 5pm on Friday 30 January 2026. Please email your response using the template provided to consultations@smartdcc.co.uk.
