FSM consultation on a revised designation date for the enduring SEC changes

A DCC consultation on a revised designation date for the SEC changes required to deliver the Future Service Management (FSM) Programme.

DCC is consulting on a revised date for the designation of the Smart Energy Code (SEC) changes required to deliver the enduring arrangements for the FSM Programme. DCC is also consulting on a further amendment to SEC Appendix AU ‘Network Evolution Transition and Migration Approach Document’ to align with this revised date.

This consultation closes at 5pm on Tuesday, 31 March 2026. Please email your response using the template provided to consultations@smartdcc.co.uk.
