DSP consultation on the regulatory changes for DCC Connect

DCC is proposing legal drafting to be incorporated into SEC Appendix AU ‘Network Evolution Migration and Transition Approach Document’ (NETMAD) through designation by the Department. The purpose of this consultation is to obtain views on the proposed changes, which include provisions to facilitate the migration from the Gamma network to the DCC Connect network, as well as the enduring arrangements for DCC Connect which are documented in Annexes 1-5 of the NETMAD.

This consultation is also seeking views on the re-designation date of the NETMAD to incorporate the above provisions.

A notice to all SEC Parties of the changes to DCC Service Charges for the Regulatory Year ending 31 March 2026 (RY 2025/26) is also included in this consultation for information.
