DCC Consultation on additions to the MEHRS for FOC

In the context of SMETS1, DCC is consulting on a few changes to the Migration Error Handling and Retry Strategy (MEHRS) to include support for FOC. DCC invites comments using the provided response template by 1600 on 25 November 2020 via consultations@smartdcc.co.uk.
