Consultation to proposed changes to the Temporary Communications Hub Ordering and Delivery Rules

In preparation for the transition to 4G Communication Hubs (CH), DCC is proposing to allow additional flexibility in the ordering of 2/3G CH. This change would see the forecast on which the final order volume is based brought closer to the ordering and delivery month.

To allow this change DCC is proposing to make amendments to the standard SEC obligations by utilizing the Temporary Communications Hub ordering and Delivery Rules.

In addition, DCC proposes the removal of rules which have now been implemented in the SEC through SEC MP215.

DCC is seeking Parties opinion on the changes proposed before requesting approval to implement those changes.
