Communications Hubs & Networks Consultation on Changes to the Intimate Communications Hub Interface Specification (ICHIS) 2025

DCC is consulting on proposed changes to the Intimate Communications Hub Interface Specification (ICHIS) to include the remainder of the 4G 800MHz frequency band and the 4G 700MHz frequency band, creating the potential for future flexibility in this service.

The ICHIS is a technical document that defines a common interface between Communications Hubs and Smart Meters.
