DCC Business & Development Plan 2023/24 Workshops

Every year, as part of our license conditions, the DCC produces a Business & Development Plan which sets out our strategic priorities for the next five years. The link to our plan for 2022/23 can be found here.

We expect to formally consult with customers and stakeholders on our draft Business & Development Plan 2023/24 in April 2023, in advance of publishing our new plan at the end of July.

Prior to that consultation, we would like to offer stakeholders an early opportunity to review our outline 2023/24 plan, and to provide feedback on the programmes and projects which will underpin that plan. These workshops include presentations from DCC subject matter experts on what our new plan will look like and the changes we propose to make this year, followed by breakout sessions and discussions on key topics so we can seek feedback on those proposed changes.
