This follows on from our consultation response in which we set out ways we would improve our engagement with customers and stakeholders.

We have planned a customer workshop to discuss our new approach to our engagement strategy in more detail.

The proposed agenda is to discuss the engagement strategy and work through elements of the following:

- Clarify our approach to improved stakeholder engagement

- Criteria for the 'note', 'shape' and 'vote' categories, the process around these and which issues go where (in terms of existing forums)

- What a summary business case/cost transparency looks like and how we plan to implement transparent progress reporting

- Share the rollout plan for improved engagement

- Gather views for the functionality of the customer portal
