Following on from our consultation response, we have planned two customer workshops to discuss our new approach to our engagement strategy in more detail.

The proposed agenda is to discuss the engagement strategy and work through elements of the following:

- Clarify our approach to improved stakeholder engagement

- Criteria for the 'note', 'shape' and 'vote' categories the process around these and which issues go where (in terms of the existing forums)

- What a summary business case/cost transparency looks like and how we plan to implement transparent progress reporting

- Share the roll-out plan for improved engagement

- Gather views for the functionality of the customer portal

We plan to involve a cross-section of customers at both workshops to get different views from the industry.
