This involves producing and assuring technical design documents across service providers to ensure Users have appropriate levels of operational support and well defined, stable and highly available services.
DCC notes that the Incident Management Policy (IMP) published below was baselined in July 2015. The Registration Data Incident Management Policy below has been folded into the IMP (and other SEC Subsidiary Documents) and will cease to be a document in its own right. DCC also notes that it expects the Error Handling Strategy below to cease to be a SEC Subsidiary Document and become self-help guidance.
