Over its lifetime, Smart DCC has engaged extensively with customers and stakeholders on a wide variety of topics and through a range of forums and other media. However, we recognise that engagement activity needs to continue to evolve to meet customer needs and this is especially important as we enter a period where this is greater scope for discretionary activity. This consultation presents a range of ideas and seeks views from customers and stakeholders as to how engagement can be improved so that customers have a greater influence on decision-making in Smart DCC, and in particular where this relates to expenditure decisions.
Smart DCC is seeking views on how it might improve the quality and breadth of engagement, and in particular where this influences expenditure decisions. We would be very interested in your opinions on our questions and proposals and would welcome any further views in addition to these.
