DSP Consultation on the Device Selection Methodology (DSM) for Future DSP

A DCC consultation on the proposed Device Selection Methodology (DSM) to support the Future Data Services Provider (DSP) Programme.

This consultation seeks your views on the proposed Device Selection Methodology (DSM) to support the Future DSP Programme. The DSM must set out the Devices to be used across the Pre-Integration Testing (PIT) and Systems Integration Testing (SIT) phases of testing. It must consider the changes being made and determine an appropriate mechanism by which to select Devices for testing.

This consultation closes at 17:00 on Wednesday 18 March 2026. Please email your response using the template provided to consultations@smartdcc.co.uk.
