On 7 November 2025, DCC published a consultation on the draft SVTAD for the DSP Programme (‘the SVTAD for Future DSP’) proposed for incorporation into the SEC. The SVTAD sets out the provisions for the detailed test approach that would apply to the implementation of the DSP Programme, and the associated documents to be developed by DCC for this. This consultation also sought views on the proposed designation date for the SVTAD for Future DSP. This consultation closed on Friday 19 December 2025.
This document summarises the responses received and DCC’s response. It will be submitted to the Secretary of State along with the proposed SVTAD for Future DSP for incorporation into the SEC.
