On 31 October 2025, DCC published a consultation on proposed transitional and enduring changes to the SEC to support the migration to the DCC Connect network. This consultation also sought views on the proposed designation date for SEC Appendix AU ‘Network Evolution Migration and Transition Approach Document’ (NETMAD). This consultation closed on Friday 12 December 2025.
This document summarises the responses received and DCC’s response. It will be submitted to the Secretary of State along with the proposed changes to the NETMAD for incorporation into the SEC.
