Request for Information on Revised DCC Testing Arrangements

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended for current and prospective users of DCC’s Testing Services. We are seeking feedback and insight on future testing requirements, including capacity needs, preferred locations, specialist testing capabilities, opportunities for greater collaboration, the role of remote testing, and how customer experience could be enhanced through future technology investments.

Responses to this RFI will play a key role in shaping the future Test Lab & Services business case and will help DCC assess the options that best meet customer needs, ensure service continuity, and deliver long-term value for money.
