A consultation on proposed changes to the SEC to support the Virtual Wide Area Network (VWAN) arrangements.

DCC is consulting on proposed changes to the SEC to support the Virtual Wide Area Network (VWAN) arrangements.

The proposed changes are predominantly clarificatory in nature and are intended to improve the clarity and effectiveness of the existing regulatory framework.

This consultation closes at 5pm on Friday 30 October 2026.
