On 4 August 2022, DCC consulted on a proposal to decommission the Migration DUST Testing Service only for the FOC (NP) cohort via an amendment to the Migration Testing Approach Document (MTAD).
On 15 September 2022, DCC concluded on this consultation and submitted the documents to BEIS for consideration by the Secretary of State.
Subject to the Secretary of State not directing otherwise, DCC plans take the required regulatory steps such that Migration DUST for the FOC (NP) cohort will be closed from on 30 September 2022.
