On 17 March 2026, DCC published a consultation on a revised date for the designation of the Smart Energy Code (SEC) changes required to deliver the enduring arrangements for the FSM Programme. DCC also consulted on a further amendment to SEC Appendix AU ‘Network Evolution Transition and Migration Approach Document’ (NETMAD) to align with this revised date. This consultation closed on 31 March 2026.
This document summarises the responses received to this consultation and DCC’s response to these. It will be submitted to the Secretary of State along with the proposed changes to the NETMAD for incorporation into the SEC.
