FCN consultation on the regulatory changes

A DCC consultation on the proposed regulatory changes to the Smart Energy Code (SEC) to support the Future Connectivity North (FCN) Project.

This consultation seeks your views on the proposed regulatory changes to the SEC for the FSM Project. It sets out the proposed changes to the SEC Subsidiary Documents to support the provision by DCC of a 4G communications service in the north Geographical Region.

This consultation also seeks your views on the proposed re-designation dates for the affected documents to incorporate these changes into the SEC.

This consultation closes at 17:00 on Friday 9 May 2025. Please email your response using the template provided to consultations@smartdcc.co.uk
