DCC Response

DCC conclusions on SMETS1 consultation: Amendments to the User Testing Services Approach Document (UTSAD)

In October/November 2019, DCC consulted on a limted number of changes to the SMETS1 UTSAD in support of operating a Device Model Combination Testing (DMCT) Process. On 20 December 2019, DCC concluded on this consultation and provided the documentation to BEIS. The changes to the SEC will now be notified to SECAS.
