In May 2020, DCC issued a consultation on the November 2020 SEC Variation Testing Approach Document in respect of those variations to the SEC proposed to be made for the “BEIS Q4 2020” package of changes. On 24 June, DCC concluded on the consultation and provided the documentation to BEIS.
