Consultation on Business Handover Plan (Version 16)

Condition 43 of the DCC Licence requires the DCC to produce a Business Handover Plan (BHP) to help facilitate the smooth transition of the DCC’s business and operations from one licence holder to another.

DCC first consulted on the BHP (version 12) in December 2023. Following the consultation and review of responses, DCC has been further working with Ofgem to review and update the BHP.

This consultation document provides a summary of the first consultation responses along with DCC’s response and further information on the subsequent changes.

This consultation is intended to seek stakeholder’s views on the updated BHP (version 16) and the included Joint Handover Steering Group (JHSG) Terms of Reference.

This consultation closes at 5pm on Friday 4 April 2025.
