In February we consulted on proposed amendments to the PMM and RLoSPPM. Proposed changes related to three main areas:
- 4G Communication Service Provider (CSP)
- Enduring Change of Supplier (ECOS)
- Data Service Provider (DSP)
The consultation closed 27th March 2026 and we received four responses. Two responses from Large Supplier Parties, one response from a Network party and one response from SEC Panel, we received broad support for the proposed amendments.
Following further engagement with SEC Operations Sub-Committee and SEC Panel approval of the changes, DCC has now published our conclusion and updated versions of the PMM and RLoSPPM.
We will report against these new versions from the July 2026 Measurement Period.
