The Business and Development Plan sets out our strategic priorities for the next five years and our activities to deliver them.

The Business and Development Plan is intended to help our customers and stakeholders to understand the full range of DCC's activities and how their money is being spent.

The Business and Development Plan has been informed by engagement with our customers and stakeholders, including via engagement on a draft version of the document. We will continue to engage with customers to develop the detail of the initiatives that will deliver our priorities over the medium term.

The Business and Development Plan combines our Business Plan and our Development plan, which have previously been published as separate documents. The form of the document has been approved by Ofgem.
