FSM consultation on the revised delivery plan

A DCC consultation on the proposed revised delivery plan for the Future Service Management (FSM) Programme.

This consultation seeks your views on the proposed updated delivery plan for the remainder of the FSM Programme. This includes updates to the existing delivery Milestones and the addition of new Milestones relating to testing and the Live Services Criteria (LSC) decision. It also sets out DCC’s proposed engagement plan to support this.

This consultation also seeks your views on a revised designation date for the enduring regulatory changes required to deliver the FSM solution.

This consultation closes at 5pm on Friday 30 May 2025. Please email your response using the template provided to consultations@smartdcc.co.uk.
