Our priorities over the next five years are:
- Supporting the successful smart meter roll-out across Great Britain, while providing a positive experience for our customers, by maintaining and improving DCC’s secure data network
- Enabling the intelligent transformation of the energy system, firstly as the delivery partner for Faster, More Reliable Switching
- Delivering change and enabling innovation in a way that is flexible, straightforward and cost-effective – and exploring opportunities to re-use the platform to reduce costs for existing customers
- Continue to provide cost transparency and improve how we engage with customers and stakeholders.
