User Entry Process Testing

User Entry Process Testing (UEPT),  which fulfils one of the requirements that allow a Party to become a User, can commence from the  13 June 2016 against functionality provided by Release 1.2 (R1.2).  Testing Participants are required, in accordance with Common Test Scenarios Document, to provide 60 WD notice to DCC of their intention to commence testing.  DCC therefore invites Testing Participants to notify DCC of this intent from the 15 March onwards.

Testing will be undertaken in accordance with the Common Test Scenarios Document (CTSD), the baselined draft of which can be found on our website. This includes Entry Criteria that must be met before testing can begin and Exit Criteria that must be met before testing can conclude. The Industry Test team will conduct assurance activities to ensure that these criteria have been achieved.

Testing Participants intending to conduct UEPT are expected to have read and complied with both Common Test Scenarios Document  (CTSD) and Section H of the Smart Energy Code (SEC).

Testing Participants must use the 'Party Notification of Intention to Undertake Testing' Form as provided  below when notifying DCC of their intention to conduct testing. Forms must be sent to the Industry Test team via
