All communication to the Data Service Provider interfaces (DCC User Interface, Self Service Interface and Registration Data Interface) will be secured using a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), known as the DCC Key Infrastructure (DCCKI).

A PKI issues digital certificates which are used to prove the identity of an individual or organisation or prove that information sent by an individual or organisation has not changed during transit. The identity of the individual or organisation is verified by DCC, as the Certificate Authority, allowing everyone else to rely on the certificates.

13 April 2016

Further to the launch of the DCCKI Registration Service on 24 March, DCCKI Test Certificates service is now in operation. This will enable Parties and RDPs to submit Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs) to obtain DCCKI Test Certificates for use in testing with the DCC.

For DCCKI Test Certificates, the DCCKI Repository will not be used. Instead, CSRs will be submitted to DCCKI RA via DCC's live SharePoint which is the secured electronic means as specified in the DCCKI RAPP.

Certificates wil be returned to Parties also via this means. A guidance for the creation and submission of CSRs is available on the DCC's SharePoint site: SEC Parties Operations LIVE in the DCCKI folder Information for Parties/DCCKI.

13 July 2016

DCCKI is now live for the submission of Live SRO and ARO nominations and the submission of CSRs to receive Live Infrastructure Certificates for use at DCC Live.

New forms must be completed for Live nominations and the latest forms can be found on SharePoint in the Information for SEC Parties/DCCKI/Forms folder.

Note: The DCCKI RAPP and SEC Subsidary documents are now designated and included in SEC, which can be found on the SECAS website. The below documents are historical working versions.
