Testing Issue Resolution

Issues raised during testing will be resolved in accordance with the Issue Resolution Procedure. We will provide a test issue management tool into which test participants raise issues and these will be triaged by the Data Service Provider.  

DCC will hold Issue Resolution Boards (IRBs) throughout each stage of testing and issues may be referred to the SEC Panel.

The manner in which certain categories of issue have been resolved will be published on SharePoint in redacted format to ensure that commercially sensitive information is not disclosed. Parties requesting access to this information on SharePoint will need to be validated. The purpose of the  EUCT, Pre-UEPT, UEPT and End to End Testing Participant Guide to Raising Testing Issues is to provide Testing Participant support for generating Testing Issues during either Pre-UIT Connectivity Testing, Pre-UEPT, or End to End Testing.  As well as defining how to raise new Testing Issues, it also explains mechanisms for communicating with the System Integrator's Issue Management team throughout the lifecycle of a Testing Issue.
