Bringing fresh ideas to our business

Building a culture of OneDCC

Based in our Manchester office, home to our state-of-the-art test facilities, we’ve partnered with Manchester Metropolitan University to introduce the brightest and the best digital and technology thinkers to bring fresh ideas to our business via a Degree-Level Apprenticeship Scheme. We want to nurture young talent and build a culture where everyone feels they belong. That's OneDCC.

How it works

The scheme will run for a total of four years and study is alongside full-time work, meaning our apprentices receive hands-on industry experience. At the end of the four years, our apprentices will receive full qualification in BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions.
