Angus joined DCC as CEO in March 2017 and has an extensive telecoms background.
Most recently Angus was a Senior Vice President for Global Enterprise Products at Vodafone and, until 2013, the Managing Director of Customer Services and CRM at BT. Previously he has held senior positions within Cable & Wireless and Ciena.
David is responsible for the Finance, Commercial and Business Operations teams at DCC. This encompasses internal/external financial reporting; cash management; service provider relationships and contract management; and facilities management. He is an Executive member on the Smart DCC Board and attends Audit Committee meetings.
Ross provides design, product and test expertise into Smart DCC programme delivery and supports customers on their transition to 2nd generation smart metering (SMETS 2) through production proving.
He is also responsible for investigating and implementation of new technologies to drive efficiencies into Smart DCC's operations, as well as running the DCC Internal IT operation.
Ross has delivered large scale billing migration programmes for Vodafone and Meteor, set up a Joint Venture MVNO between Vodafone and Sainsbury's, delivered the National Gas Emergency Service contact centres for National Grid and PCI compliance (a payment industry cyber security standard) for giffgaff. He has also consulted at Visa Europe, Parcelforce, Co-Op Bank, British Gas and Legal and General.
Neil Dudleston joined DCC in November 2019 from Thomas Cook, where he was the Global CISO for the Thomas Cook Group. Neil brings many years of senior management experience, gained from positions in retail, central government, utilities, defence and consulting. Neil has a long and proven history in the security profession.
George is the Director of Corporate Affairs at Smart DCC. He leads the company's corporate communications and public affairs functions, working closely with colleagues in regulatory affairs.
Before joining DCC in 2018, George held senior corporate roles at British Gas and in Whitehall. He was previously a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and spent the first 17 years of his career as a correspondent and presenter at BBC News.
Dan leads on scaling up operations and improving the technical capability to proactively manage the end to end service for Smart DCC's customers.
Before joining Smart DCC, Dan was CIO of ACN Europe B.V. in the Netherlands, where he oversaw the digital transformation of the business and the build and delivery of a new pan European MVNO platform. He was previously CEO of BT Redcare & Payphones and managed BT's global IT Infrastructure and IP networks in the UK. He also worked at Level 3 Communications, GTE Internetworking, Bolt Beranek and Newman and served as an officer in the United States Air Force.
Ro manages DCC's build function that takes customer capability requests and ensures end-to-end delivery through a structured governance process on time, within budget and to the required standards for successful in-life operations.
Ro has extensive experience in the Energy Sector, in her previous role as Portfolio Governance Director at British Gas, where she was responsible and accountable for overseeing and reporting on the performance of the UK Energy Supply and Service Business. She has played a key role in enabling a saving of £300m annually. Her tenure at British Gas spans over 17 years holding various roles and brings a wealth of knowledge.
Ed is leading a programme that will transform Smart DCC from a single programme project to a business that reliably delivers multiple programmes while supporting a resilient service with millions of end users.
Ed previously spent 13 years at British Gas in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently he was Director of Smart Metering Infrastructure. Ed was involved in the British Gas smart metering programme from start-up to volume deployment of SMETS1, and was responsible for the British Gas SMETS2 programme as well as implementing commercial metering contracts and developing the future smart metering operating model. Ed also has previous experience in management consulting, and in upstream oilfield services with Schlumberger.
Cliff has overall responsibility for DCC's People strategy, and also contributes to our overall business strategy and policy making by advising the DCC ExCo on the people-related implications of its decisions. Cliff guides and manages the overall provision of all people related services, policies, and programs for DCC and owns talent management which includes succession planning, performance management, development and career planning.
Cliff brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of HR Transformation, Organisation Development and Culture Change to DCC from both Public and Private sector organisations.
Fabienne Dischamps joins Smart DCC as Chief of Strategy and Product Management. She will define and maintain Smart DCC's future vision and strategy, leading business and development planning and establishing a product management unit.
Fabienne arrives from Government where she was Deputy Director for telecoms security and resilience. Before this, she held senior executive roles in BT, France Telecom (now Orange) and a telecom start up. She has more than 26 years' experience in product management, strategy, customer service and product development.
Siobhan leads the team in DCC that has responsibility for managing and engaging with the regulatory landscape that governs the work we do, from ensuring that we are compliant with our licence to ensuring that our spend is economic and efficient.
Before joining DCC in December 2018, Siobhan worked in the civil service for 16 years in a number of different Departments including the Department for Energy and Climate Change and the Department for International Development. She has experience of designing multi million pound government programmes, strategy development, stakeholder engagement and delivering legislative change.
