Elective Services allow DCC's customers to request tailored messages and alerts to and from the smart meters of their own customers. This will enable our customers to improve their own services both by developing new and differentiated services for energy consumers and by tailoring the information they can send and receive to support the operation of their own systems.
Elective Services are delivered through bilateral commercial agreements with DCC. They are confidential and exclusive to the DCC customer for a period of six months, after which other SEC Parties can request an assessment to receive the service. SEC Parties who are interested in requesting an Elective Service should contact DCC at email@example.com.
